How do you turn a bold, slightly crazy crypto idea into a working platform in just over a month? That’s exactly what Mike Paice, co-founder of Taiboku Capital, asked us to do. And spoiler: we pulled it off.

Mike’s idea? An on-chain lottery with a twist—new winning numbers get drawn every day until there’s a winner. Simple but wild enough to go viral in the crypto space.
Here’s the catch: when he came to us, all he had was a rough Google Doc, a messy Miro flowchart, and a dream. Other dev teams told him it would take six months to a year and hundreds of thousands of dollars to build.
Bullshit. We knew we could do it differently—and faster.
Step one: get on a long as needed google meet and figure out what this thing ACTUALLY needed to be.
Using our Prioritization Matrix System we separated the “must-haves” (core features) from the “nice-to-haves” (stuff we could save for later). Maximum impact, minimum timeline. With this info, we were able to define user flows, tech stack, schemas, APIs, etc.
On top of that, we’ve worked on over 157 Web3 projects, so we didn’t need to start from scratch. Using pre-built components, templates, and tools, we could cut down the build time significantly.
The result? A platform ready to launch in just 32 days.
I’m not lying - here’s what we pulled together in just over a month:
This is the 2-year roadmap for most crypto companies…
Now, this project highlighted something we’ve known for a while: the real money in crypto isn’t from trading or investing in tokens—it’s from building the platforms that create them.
Think about it:
If you own even 1% of a token that hits a $100M market cap, that’s $1M in value.
And now you know that building a great project doesn’t have to take forever or cost millions.
So whether you are a first time founder sitting on a crazy idea, or a veteran entrepreneur with a VC backed web3 startup - build, build, build and keep building, as quickly and as much as you can.
Invest in great teach, invest in great developers.
If you want to build your idea in weeks, not months with a team that’s done it 157+ times before, just schedule a free discovery call to see if we are the right fit.
Worst case scenario you leave the call with a plan on how to build your Web3 MVP and have all your burning questions answered.
Who knows? Your project might just be the next big thing.
